4. ER nursing Pocket guide

   I am a new grad starting in the ER and am looking for a reference guide that I can carry with me. I have Mosby's Emergency Nursing Reference but it won't fit in my pocket?! I appreciate any feedback from those who know.:)

   I agree with the flashcards. Buy a Med deck (pre-printed drug cards). Use them as flash cards and in clinical. They run about 30 or 40 bucks but are worth their weight in gold.
