Send it as you would any other attachment. Sorry can't help you out any further than that...the brain is fried after a long weekend at work.

  10. Do you have to punch a time clock?

No time clock here. If we stay late or miss our break, etc. we fill out an overtime slip.
  11. Important Drug Tips!!

Dexamethasone -should avoid giving it after 1800 otherwise pts are "wired" for the night. Lasix - another one to avoid giving past 1800 unless the pt has a foley. If giving Maxeran to prevent nausea, it is usually given qid, but it should be time...
  12. Oxygen... Comfort or Life Saving?

Another medication that could have been used along with the morphine is Versed. It is especially helpful in terminal patients who are air hungry and feel as though they cannot breath.
  13. Oxygen... Comfort or Life Saving?

I think it can be seen either way. However I would have not checked his sats, but would have put the oxygen on for his comfort only - not to bring his sats up.

  15. Unit Change Project

Here are a few ideas: - increasing staff morale -preventing back injuries -preventing patient falls -changes in the policy and implementation of restraints Good luck!
