   Well most personal care is done by family, but health was recently devolved to counties hopefully things will be better(famous last words).

   Ours is a 3 n 1/2 years diploma, after you qualify you can work anywhere from maternity, wards, rural facility, psychiatry........ our general is literally general. One can specialize after 2 years experience. I am from Kenya. About the pay hmmmm.......
