   The fed. gov. allows 44.5 a mile. That is what the state agency I work for pays. It was upped by the gov back last yr to 48.5 until the first of this yr. Ours went up then also but has been reduced to 44.5 again.

   I am salary and get paid no matter how many or how few clients I see a day. If you are a CNAII with med. lic.'s you will make alot more. get a job with a state funded agency and you will make better + have benifits.
