   My question would be what happened to the last charge nurse? I think the DON and the sup are dysfunctional and they've chose you to be the whipping boy for their enjoyment. Do you even have to give 2 weeks notice? If not, I wouldn't. Good luck!

   You've never experienced postpartum depression have you? True, postpartum depression is not psychosis. However, without intervention, one is more at risk for psychosis.
