   I agree with the first comment... 1:50 pt ratio is juz rediculous... liability is juz so crucial.. i respect that you like to make a change there.. but doesnt seem like ur voice is enough... try to communicate wit ur other staff.. but ya i wont even...

   reaon i asked.. what made you dream to be a nurse.... is cause maybe u can focus more on what u liked about nursing... and pay less attention on other things you dont. k hope u make the right decision...
