Have you thought about Case Management? or Telephone Triage? Some of these are done in an office, the job I have is at the hospital, I still get to do some patient care, but I am lucky that I don't catch everything.

The year I started I believe it was about 95%, but I am not for sure. I would recommend it, but they do have some different instructors now, although a lot of the ones I had are still there. Good Luck!
