   I'll be moving from Massachusetts. I graduate I. December and will take the NCLEX in January There's nothing in the offer, but under the FAQ on the wes site, it does say that we are eligible for shift differerentials.

   Surgical as well! I believe the initial orientation is 10-12 weeks and that includes the unit orientation and we'll find out which unit we're assigned to closer to starting. Where are you from?
