JillM11, what is your GPA for your bachelor's degree?
  2. Try to refinance your car through your bank or someone else. At one time in my life, I had bought a car and it was originally financed through Wells Fargo, but a year later I went shopping around and my bank offered me a better deal if I refinanced t...
  3. Let's see if I can help: 1. sell your car, buy something cheaper. I agree with everyone else when I say you are spending way too much on a vehicle. If public transportation is a feasible option, then how bad do you want to be a nurse? Can you deal wi...

Congrats to everyone who got in! I also got accepted. I am in the evening/weekend cohort. My bachelor's degree GPA was 3.2 (actually I graduated with a 3.4, but that's a long story), and my HESI score was 91%. If you are in the evening/weekend cohort...

I saw a post from a girl who got accepted into TCC nursing school with a bachelor's GPA of 3.7 and a HESI score of 70%. This was a couple years ago, but she was the only one who got accepted with such a low HESI score (that posted her scores on this...

I only checked the weekend/evening cohort. I'm a single mom and already have a full time job, so I can't do weekdays.

If you check previous threads, you will notice that anyone who posted what their high school GPA was and their HESI score and got accepted, did it with a 3.5+ high school GPA, and a HESI exam score in the 80s or higher.

Ah, here I am, finally. Took my HESI today. Have a 3.2 college GPA (technically, I graduated with a 3.4, but took some classes after that I hated, so I bombed a couple, lowered my score). Scored a 91% on the HESI. Was really surprised we weren't allo...
