  1. Chamberlain offer Evening or Weekend Classes

Hello, You may want to call into the campus since no one from Atlanta has replied to this yet. My campus in Virginia was in the planning stages of offering evening and weekend courses to students who do not have the ability to attend during the weekd...
  2. Chamberlain North Brunswick.. any graduates?

I did not attend the New Jersey campus, but I did attend the Tysons Corner, VA campus (formerly Arlington). I actually just finished in April (despite all the obstacles COVID-19 created) and I took and passed the NCLEX on June 1st. Hopefully someone ...
  3. All Online Classes

I think taking online classes is a great idea, especially if you are organized and prompt with completing your assignments. The only issue I have ever had is not being able to ask a question and get an immediate answer. The help that your campus prov...
  4. Chamberlain questions

I am the Chamberlain in Arlington, VA and they are moderately competitive. In 2015/2016, they did not accept me because my GPA was lower than their requirement. They didn't even let me take the HESI. I buckled down took some nursing prerequisites at ...
  5. what are my chances to get into chamberlain?

  7. BSN class schedule

Your schedule will depend on the school's course availability and your degree plan that is determined when you are accepted. My classes have never been Monday-Friday 9-5 and I am finishing my 3rd term. When you register early, you get a better pick o...
  8. I think your chances are pretty good. Chamberlain looks at a number of things so your HESI score although right on the nose is not all they are basing their decision on. Your GPA is very good. Don't stress, I think you're in.
  9. Acceptance to chamberlain

You have a darn good chance! Being transparent, I had less than the GPA they wanted, but because of my high HESI score and the fact that many of my pre-reqs were years ago (I had a 3.0 in all my recent science pre-reqs), they accepted me and I must s...
  10. chamberlain college of nursing- Arlington campus

Hello and Congrats on your HESI score. A 96% is AWESOME! I just started at Chamberlain in January and I am very satisfied. Course and workload were also some of my biggest concerns. I was warned by naysayers that spending $80,000 dollars was ridiculo...
  11. AAS or BSN

My vote is to go LPN to BSN since that is where the nursing profession is headed. The LPN will secure a good-paying position, while you finish your BSN. The only downside is that you will have to take the NCLEX twice (LPN and RN).
  12. Getting Experience During Nursing School?

Hmmmmm, this is a tough choice to make. The experience would be great, but if I had the option of not working, I'd take it in a heartbeat. Trying to balance family, work and school can be overwhelming, but if you are good with time management, it is ...

Thank you for this tip, Stepper! I am new to nursing school and I have been frantically watching YouTube videos to overhaul my old methods of studying and planning. Your post is very helpful!

I would like to see what the responses will be to this post. I am interested in learning more about missions nursing and I am in an accelerated BSN program.
