   I received my first payment in September, but didn't get one in October. The NELRP said October was their fiscal year end, and I'd receive 2 payments in November. I have not received my payments for November yet....has anyone else had this problem?

   I got my acceptance letter today!!! My ratio was 116%, and I work at a DSH that's in the first funding group.

   No, it is not retroactive. Your service commitment starts when your funding begins.

   I got an email from the NELRP today saying that I am a potential recipient! I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

   I was an alternate at Samford for about a month and a half until yesterday when I got "called up". I didn't think that they would call me, but they did. I start in June and can't wait!
