   Hi Yes i have a california license, i was reading the instruction for endorsement to illinois it says educated outside the U.S must submit proof of licensure in the country of education.

   i would take nclex in Illinois if that's the only way to get the IL license but i think Illinois board of nursing also requires the License in the philippines before i can apply to take the licensure for examination.
