   Thanks guys. I decided to stick it out in the ED for at least a year and try to pay off my student loans asap. Then hopefully I can transfer within the hospital to their same day surgery. I am working perdiem at the surgery center í ½í¸Š

    Target bp was systolic of 100-120.

    BTW nicardapine terrifies me because of how efficient it works ! Which is why I was not comfortable staring them together with her initial bp systolic in the 150s
