   Does anyone have a formula for the ranks? I have 4 years in National guard as enlisted, getting commissioned as a nurse in Army National Guard or Reserves. Also 1 year of civilian experience on med- surge floor Any suggestions about the rank?

   Are you sure that Army can take you without BSN? I spoke with National guard recruiter. He said I need BSN. They don't accept RN with ADN anymore
