   At this moment, I believe issuance of Eligibility roughly 1 months. last Christmass and New year it took more than 1 month, backlogs somehow was lessen, so 1 month would be decent.

   Usually Good Standing Certificate is valid for 3 months, Philippines or even UAE good standing certificate valid for 3 months from date of issuance.

   Better proceed for serology as you can have proof of your immunization. And for sure it will be a requirement for school should you lost your child immunization card. only influenza, DTAP (Boostrix) immunization are required for immunization, the MMR...

    Even you have vaccine, you have to show that you have the serology, so better proceed to serology test right away as you have (for sure) immunization at your childhood. In addition, request for DTAP Vaccine (Boostrix).
