OK, I am currently in an ADN program. Specifically, a Transition ADN (I'm an LPN). I plan to do the ADN-BSN afterwards, and the only University in my area only offers their ADN-BSN as an online class. So, I have had 1 year of PN school, 1.5 years of ...

Well, let me tell you about the genius that is my LTC... I work on the "sub acute" / rehab / Medicare unit. These people are younger, yet their conditions, recent surgeries, unstable pain/labs require more critical thinking, not counting the indivi...

So, may I ask, if u do not recommend AM, because their pay is low, and you were/are a recruiter, who should an LPN go to for Travel Oppurtunities? I am very interested in Traveling while waiting on entrance to a bridge program.
Well, that settles it, then. i will keep working as an LPN and get my BSN through UCF as originially planned and forget about EC. i don't want to be limited to as where I can and can not work.
What about if I get my ASN through EC, but my BSN through a University? I am gonna call the CA BON and find out, because if I have supplemental education other than EC, that should be fine.
Hey, I am in Deland and am gonna start EC after my English Lit Class is over at Daytona Beach Community College. How are you liking EC? I am scared to do it, but I just can't wait to go traditional.
So, I am confused.....say I do EC and graduate, take my boards in Florida where they are recognized. Now I want to travel and take a job in Cali, will I be considered an RN there?:uhoh21:
