When studying I used 3-4 sources. I really wouldn't suggest using too many sources because its too much information and csn become contradicting and confusing. I had about 2 other huge NCLEX books I decided against using and focused mainly on UWORLD ...

Yes it is accurate. There are always exceptions, but after 24 hours after the exam it is most accurate. It depends on your state BON when the name will be posted on the registry. You should just do the quick results since it's been so long.

Don't worry about others opinions. From my experience they did not require drug screening prior to starting my nursing program. I was only drug tested once before my pediatric clinical and it was urine. They told me my drug test was good for only 1 y...

This is what I suggest. Do not use too many sources. I have found that when I did that. It only confused me because sometimes sources can contradict each other. For example, as far as putting PPE on and taking them off the correct way. I had to look ...

Overall I scored 51%. I mainly stayed between 40% and 50%. Sometimes I would get in the 60s. Many people I know also scored about 45-50% and passed. As long as you read the rationales you will be fine.I also actually seen 2 questions similiar on NCLE...
