   I suggest a minimum of a 3.0 in all prerequisites and aim for a 3.5 overall for both WGU, states schools and JCs.

   No credits for LVN and no LVN to BSN program. If you have your LVN, I suggest either finding an LVN to RN or LVN to BSN then if you wish to continue, going on to WGU for the higher level education such as RN to BSN or BSN to MSN.
