  1. Is it possible to lose my license for this error?

Always be honest and up front. Fill out whatever paperwork is necessary. Some of the best advice I have ever received is "if you always tell the truth, you don't have to remember (or try to remember) what you said (or documented)." Chin up...

  3. vomiting students?

I feel so passionate about this particular subject and this is one strong reason why a nurse in the building is so important. We have assessment skills that Untrained Assistants, Secretaries, etc do not have. No fault of theirs' I appreciate them.
  4. vomiting students?

  10. Rules for the School Nurse's Office

When I first started many years ago- I was paid pretty well, with benefits. A few years ago, it was decided to change all that. I was changed to strict hourly, no benefits, no nothing. It broke my heart that they could just do this on a whim. Bu...

  13. Under the Influence Assessment

We don't have an SRO. So, if I do these assessments. It is only with the Admin. involved as well. Thankfully, I haven't had to do this for a long time.
  14. Under the Influence Assessment

Suzie- I am so sorry. I can't get them in any other format. I think the best option is to fax them to you. If you want me to do that, can you let me know your fax number? Happy Tuesday Friends
  15. Under the Influence Assessment

Hey Suzie- I see you. I can't even remember what I posted. But, I will find it and will try to convert to a PDF. If I can't, can I fax it to you?
