    Yes there is a one year cooling off period before you can get another work visa. I am currently in that situation as well. :-( I take my osce again for the third time in a few weeks.

    Did you pass? I failed on my second try with the care plans. They stated it wasn't specific enough. I will be doing a third try this summer. Good Lord I hope I pass! I ended up losing my work visa and sponsorship because of this test. :-(
