   Canadian NCLEX is the same as US NCLEX. There's no difference. Even I've seen American values used on the Canadian exam. I took mine in December.

   I don't know. I've seen that behavior at my work before and it has never bothered me as long as they clean up the area after clipping their nails. I'd rather sit with a coworker that is doing that than to clean disgusting bodily fluids.

   No one ever replies on Indeed. The GTA is oversaturated of nurses unfortunately. Are you willing to relocate outside of Ontario? Good luck on your job search! I hope we both find something good!
