   I used mostly Saunders, but also UWORLD (free trial, use their app too!), which is super alike to the actual exam. Also, I used ATI.

   I got about 16 SATA questions, out of 76. UWORLD's free trial definitely helped me out with that, and their rationales are awesome. Their questions are also worded like the NCLEX questions on the exam.
