   So would I be correct in saying there is no way to do the PVT without actually submitting a $200 payment that may or may not be refunded? Because that's what I'm trying to get at here :)

   Right. My whole point is that being prompted through the whole credit card process means nothing and that the so call PVT is not a thing anymore.
