   1 yr RN. I work at an acute, long-term care facility. $16.96 base pay, $3.00 nights, $4.00 weekends. 160 hrs PTO after 90 days. I work fri, sat, sun nocs. 12 hr shifts, total patient care. It's physically hard work.
