   Document everything and have ongoing dialogue with management. be professional and quite policy and procedure. Do everything by the book.

   Thank you all for the extremely helpful words of wisdom and advice. Had a meeting with management and new grad. Everything including expectations and what to expect was laid out. It went well and was well received. We will see how it goes from here.
