   but the other states don't have my records of failed the exam twice, would they give me easier questions to start with ?

   i have took the California PN nclex twice already and i failed both time. I am wondering is the nclex easier in the other states like Nevada or Arizona. If so i think i might give my third try in one of the above state. please help me thank you all.
