   No CLE in our department because we don't have the anesthesia staff available to be in house 24/7

   That's what we ended up doing but it would only work when she was in one position. Of course she needed to change positions frequently due to chronic lower body pain. Intermittent monitoring made it stressful especially after intrathecal was given....
