Grey Lady,
If a student is wait listed will they receive a letter confirming this, and by when? Also, how many students are normally wait listed every semester?

Waitlisted applicants will receive a letter but I don't know exactly when. There is no set number of applicants on the wait lists.

I'm so glad you come back today. I just got my confirmation letter. Does it mean that I just need to finish the outstanding prerequisites which are mentioned in the confirmation form?
I believe that the admission commitee must have fully assessed my prerequisite course list.

If your status is Provisional Admit it means you must finish all your courses you are taking with a grade of B or better. If it is Admit Institution, that means you have finished all the required classes. I strongly advise you to call admissions and confirm this as I do not know if you are some sort of special case.
My status is Provisional Admit, and there is only one outstanding prerequisite in the confirmation form I received today. This is out of my surprise because I thought I need to take more than one prerequisite courses this summer. Anyway, I will call the admission office next week.

Grey Lady,With my employment background being in pretty much everything but healthcare, I would consider it close to impossible to get a job in the field to gain healthcare experience. So, do you think volunteering at the hospital would help??

I just got the acceptance letter. However, the letter stated that i'm a out of state student. I have been living in Maryland for more than 12 years. Has this problem happened to anyone? Does anyone know how can i fix this? Thanks

Did you fill out the in-state tuition form? I just turned mine in on Monday, so it did not get updated on my letter. You can access it on the UMSON website.
Thanks. Hopefully it's not too late for me to turn it in.
It's not.
Absolutely.
