Who's applying? I'm so nervous!
I'm so jealous! Lol. I haven't received mine yet and I called to have my address changed in the system so I wouldn't have to wait an extra 2 weeks like I did for my acceptance letter. When did you receive yours? How far do you live from the school @jenny1love ? Anyone else lucky enough to get new info??? I hope there is info about the student nurse caregiver insurance because I have no idea about that.
I live 30mins away fromTU, i received mine last friday. i used one of the recommended providers Malpractice Insurance - nurses, student nurses, nurse practitioner, business, schools to find the nurse professional Liability Insurance. They will charge me about $37 for the insurance.
THANK YOU! (for posting the schedule @jenny1love)
I couldn't find anything in your posts stating whether or not you were going to the Hagerstown location or the main campus, so I can't really claim my schedule will be exact.
I know only 24 applicants were accepted into the Hagerstown spot, so I'd say there's a good chance that all of the students who will be attending classes there will have very similar -if not identical- schedules. (I just can't see them having class sizes that are much smaller; perhaps I'm wrong.)
It's soooo nice seeing something that gives me an idea of what to expect. =)
New question to everyone: How many of you area looking for part time jobs while you're in the nursing program + how many hours do you think is "enough" to work on top of the program? I'm pretty sure I will transfer my current job or find a new one in Hagerstown, but I just want to get an idea of how heavy the course load is/how much study time is required before I commit to anything.
After talking to Ms. Necker I found out that a lot of main campus have started to get their schedules, but the Hagerstown students will be getting their information from Ms. Toni Tracey in the next couple weeks. So I guess I'll have to wait.
Also, any of the girls who are still looking for a roomate/roommates feel free to email me at
Another girl off of here and I have been talking and were considering being roommates - we were also open to the idea of a third (as long as whichever place we decided on had two bathrooms - three girls on the same schedule sharing one bathroom could be....interesting)
We've complied a list of ours favorite apartment complexs and houses/townhouses for rent already and I'll be calling again this week to confirm what's still available.
Anyways, there's a good chance both of us will be going up sometime this weekend to check out the campus (since we both haven't yet >.
