How are you all going about this apartment hunt? I've never been through this before so I'm a bit confused. How do you get an apartment without having a job in Htown first? Sorry if I sound dumb, I just haven't experienced this before and what's getting in my way is that I feel like landlords won't even consider me without a job secured out there first to show proof of income.

Hi everyone!! I am new to all nurses. One of my good friend told me about this. I read previous posts and found very helpful. I got accepted to the Main campus (Towson). I am also looking for a place to stay. Also did any one of you make orders for the uniform and equipment? My costs are building up and I am trying to save as much as possible.

Has anyone ordered uniforms or equipment yet? If so what did ya get?? @jenny1love I know you were a bit confused about ordering materials. I was out of town all week and finally got the mail with the order forms..... definitely confusing.

ok guys,i ordered my uniform about a week and half ago and they it came in last night. The sizes are bigger than expected so be careful when selecting your size. I also ordered the Towson kit.

@jenny1love if you don't mind me asking what size are you? I'm usually a medium in clothing but I've heard that these uniforms run bigger. Should I get a small or just continue on with the medium?

@jennyxyz, my pant size is L, while my top size is usually XL. The pant size that i ordered(L) turned out OK, but the top size(XL) turned out large than normal. So i would suggest that you order a size smaller (in your case, a small in the tops) than your regular size in the top.

hey...... FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO WILL BE TAKING CLASSES AT THE MAIN TU CAMPUS:

If you're interested in a flexible job that won't put a lot of demand on your time let me know. I work at a senior living community in Nottingham/Perry Hall at the front desk and will be moving to the Hagerstown area for school so unfortunately I'll be leaving my job. I work every other weekend with open flexibility to pick up additional shifts. So far it has been a great way to make money in a place I REALLY like, without taking focus away from my priority- school. There are 3 shift options depending on what you're comfortable with: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. Evening and night are great times to study and do homework!
