SN Male Whats Wrong with some ppl

Hello all I am Male SN in palestine

in level 3 put when i talk to some one on chat room and say that he or she dont belive me ( WHY???? )

the answer ( I know the females is the beast persons for Nursing profissional )

But i say for all i am male and i feel of the all ppl and whats they suffer when he know he have disease

While In my college the stdents nurse is almost male but females 35%

such as in this year 100 male registering to study nursing while 40 female registering in my college

thats is not so bad

actually i hope when i finishing my studies to go to USA and work and complete to reach to MSN , PHD >>>>> to professor

Welcome to our community of caring and (mostly) english-speaking nurses.

I applaud you for your desire to help the sick and to join us in (mostly)advanced ways of doing that.

In another (political) forum I had an interesting relationship with a member of the Israeli Defense Force. He was (it seemed to me) a fully human and decent person. I had a few issues with some of the things he said about Israel and the Arabs but felt I could relate to him as man-to-man, caregiving person-to-caregiving person.

I hope you and I (and we here at allnurses) will have the same broadening and enlightening experience.

Hold your head high and tell them it takes a REAL man to enter nursing. Perhaps its a cultural thing in your area? Do you have many male instructors?

My oldest son is planning his career in nursing, but gets some flack from some of his friends in high school. He just looks them in the eye and asks them if they could care for the dying, work in an operating room, etc. He said in front of me one day "if my mum is man enough to do it, so can I".

He's planning on entering the military. He's 17 and 6'3". Kind of looks like a young Val Kilmer.

So hold your head high, and be proud of your choice.

Yes, in the U.S.A., the profession is dominated by females. But, we have MANY males in this profession as well. And, this is a great thing. It is truly wonderful that you have chosen this career. We hope to get to know you. Glad you joined us.

i respect u and respect all nurses in the word but u know the fightining between israel and palestine i am one from the world know how its hard on the heart when u see most pt. die between ur arms >

the first department i go to training i'll go to orthopedic when israel still open the fire i see the humans die and the blood cover all body parts from head to toe in the first year i study the nursing how u feel when u put urself in my position thats is very very hard

then i accepted the actually site i put myself

Asalam Alikum ya uxt. Pleased to meet you, my father was born in Palestine, it is nice to know I am not the arab male nurse around.

Have you ever thought about coming to Canada, there is a huge Arab population in Montreal, and if you can speak french you will have it made as a nurse. I used to live in Ottawa and french is known as the other form of Arabic here. My father started out in Montreal when he came to Canada. Of course you can't go wrong by going to the states either. If you want more info about coming to Canada my father used to run a program that helped Arabs with needed skills come to Canada. I would be glad to see if there is anything that he can do, although I make no promises.
