last semester... thank god

Finally past the halfway point in my last semester... I am mostly thankful that I am finally getting away from this BS. I am not sure if I could have survived another semester with my fellow classmates, minus a few cool ones. This semester tops it off class wise... This leadership/management class has to be more ridiculously pointless and irrelevant than my sociology class sophomore year Now there's this exit hesi in a week I need to worry about. I decided to actually study for this one because you don't graduate if u fail it. What a total bummer. I am sitting here doing practice questions, kicking a$$ on some questions and others I have absolutely no clue and the rationale still makes no sense. Anyone else kinda feel the same way?

I know what you mean about the work being "busy work." I'm currently in my critical care rotation and I can honestly say that the layout of the rotation could have been much better. There is hardly any lecture, but a buttload of case studies and hw that we have to do. But then again, my program is in its 1st year.

LAMO! I was thinking the same thing today. Graduation is Six and a half weeks away. Our Leadership/Management is a total joke and the ATI exam has everyone freaking out because now they're being tested on stuff they were 'independently responsible' for learning.

Stay strong, keep your eye on the prize and count down the days.

Totally. Then it's onto the real world... where the BS is no less petty and the nurses are just aged, less attractive nursing students.
