I am a new DON and one of my jobs is to revamp how we charge for additional services provided in our HFA end. I would appreciate any ideas. (We are a private pay facility and we do not accept Medicare/Medicaide)
Right now it is incrediable subjective. The thinks we charge extra for currently are frequent insulin injections, frequent caths, frequent toileting assistance, intervention for behavior difficulties.
We figured that basic services were basic housekeeping, meals, normal med passes etc.
Any help would be appreciated.
