Has anyone found focused review to be helpful?

I am really nervous about taking an ATI exit exam that is required for my school. You have 2 chances to take it before you graduate and I already failed the first time by 1 or 2 questions and I am trying to figure out what is the best way to study for the retake in the week that I have left. Have you found it more helpful to study focused review or taking the practice tests? :unsure:

Do all of the practice tests and do the focused review.

The focused reviews can be slightly helpful. However, at my school we're required to do them and then write three points on every missed item.... However, it comes up that it gives you a chapter to read to review. Example: I missed a hypermagnesemia question, they gave me the chapter on fluid and electrolytes. Had ZERO info on hypermagnesemia.

So for that it ends up being somewhat helpful for most things, but not all.

So I just wanted to do an update and say that I passed the predictor the second time with a 95%!!!! My graduation is today!! I'm really nervous and excited!!! After this weekend I will start studying for the nclex!!!:)
