Always be prepared for the very worst.
Review ADPIE, Assessments & explain rationale (reason/purpose) of each assessment. After each Unit Quiz Exam- Get ready for an argumentive debate to try to receive credit for a question that was either thought up/wrongfuly phrased.. I am in Med Surg 1 in LPN class (first day of class Instructor said this is the class that will either "make-or break you".

Congrats to the new start to your new journey in life! Very exciting! Study study study!! That's what gets me through, even with four kids and one being autistic, I make time. Use flash cards, and find one, or a whole group of people to study with, it certainly helps!! To me, it all comes natural and is pretty easy so far. Once I hit the RN, we'll see! LOL But for now, it's great!

Keep us updated, and post on any questions you may have in school, I know I plan to once I start back in a couple of weeks! =)
