I am a new grad on the job hunt and everywhere I go they say they want one year of experience. Does Anyone know of any good job leads to get that one year of experience. Anywhere in the new York city area or long Island I am willing to travel

Use Craigslist and search in the medical jobs list. That's what I used and it was better than Monster/Hotjobs/ and those other job websites. Good lucK!

Does any work at Bronx Lebanon Hosp? I'm almost done with my BSN (accelerated) at starting to set up my ducks. How's the workload, pay, staff attitude? Ultimately I want to work anywhere in NYC or anywhere a close train ride away. Does being a male have any leverage?

Any other hospitals anyone recommends for a new BSN grad.
