Detox center Tx

I just started a new job and we are a new facility specialising in drug and alcohol detox. We don't have a nurse for tonight and I was told to give report to the ra recovery advocate and go home. I'm afraid if something happens I'll get in trouble for leaving like that. Does anyone know if TX drug rehab centers with patients detoxing require staff nurse 24/7?
