Can anyone help...?

Since this is a legal forum, I was hoping someone could offer some advice.

I am in the process of trying to get TX LVN license, but was told by the BON that my file would be turned over to their "Enforcement Department" and that I would have to pay an additional $150 and wait at least 6 months for them having to do so. This is due to issues that have been resolved (see previous post "Voluntary Surrender of LPN license vs. suspension/revocation by Arkansas State Board" for full explanation).

I would like to know if anyone has dealt with a similar situation, and if so, what was the outcome?

Any information is greatly appreciated.

Hello, blue_butterfly87,:Melody:

I see you had issues with the Ark. BON last year.

As for legal advice, we at Allnurses.com to not give out medical or legal advice.

Normally when the BON declareds that you need to wait and/or pay to receive licensure, that is usually the final word.

Good luck.
