i have been looking at the post on here and have a few questions. it looks like kckcc really isn't that great of a school. i didn't realize jccc had a daycare on site. so i am wondering if anyone who has graduated or is still in that program could tell me if they like it. also what is was your GPA? currently have a 4.0 and am hoping to keep it that way. the other school i had a question about was neosho county, anyone going there or graduated from there? did you like it? any info would help. thanks a bunch:nurse:

I met a lot of people in JCCC program they all say it's "okay", they mostly complained about the teachers not answering their questions or speaking down to them. I would go to the school and ask the people in the tutoring office, sometimes the nursing students do reception work there I am sure they would love to give you their input. I applied for their program almost three years ago with a 3.6 g.p.a and I scored high on my ACT, I even got an interview, however, I did not get into their program. I met a guy with a 4.0 g.p.a he to scored extremely high on his ACT, and like me he did not get into the program. I think it all depends on the person. I believe there is a school out there for all of us, I will be starting my senior year this fall, graduating with my BSN in May 2009 :yeah:. Look into four year schools as well as two year. Also my friend loves Neosho she says it makes her crazy but she wouldn't change it for the world. She applied at MNU and didn't get in, two days later she applied at Neosho received a phone call the next day and was accepted. Best of wishes to you!

I just graduated from NCCC. It was tough but I feel like I learned alot.

Specializes in Labor and Delivery, Med/Surg-tele.

CONGRATS on graduating! Good feeling,huh?

I graduated May 21 from an LPN program....

Which leads me to my question regarding NCCC---can you tell me anything about their "hybrid" program for LPNs to bridge? I plan on calling them Tuesday after the holiday, but am curious, and their website has very limited information.

Thanks in advance, and again, congrats!
