I have moved your post to the International forum as there is plenty of information there. If you have been waiting 12 months and haven't paid yet that is where I think the problem is plus they will need your fingerprints. They will not process without fee. Have you ever tried contacting or emailing them regarding process? I suggest having a read on here. Where are you living? Also be aware that at the moment all foreign nurses are affected by retrogression and there are a couple of threads on this subject.

thanks for moving my post. yup i did emailed them but sad to say no response at all. Anyways i am residing here in texas just got here 10 months ago. It's just the application for NCLEX-RN i'm worrying about. i'm plannning by the end of this month i'll reapply licensure.

If you are residing in Texas would it not be better to go with them for your licensure rather than CA. The reason I say this is Texas require CES so will even be required when endorsing.

No state in the US will do a thing with an application if the funds for payment are not received. And they are not going to take the time to contact you to tell you that. And they do not do a thing without fingerprints being submitted either.

And as Anna mentioned above, if you are going to work in Texas, then you need to follow their requirements, would forget about CA at this time.
