Please be advised that effective July 1, 2009, the Vermont Board of Nursing requires CGFNS-CES certification prior to taking the NCLEX-RN. Please beware also that the State of California requires a Social Security Number (not our local SSS) prior to issuance a license after passing the NCLEX.

Hi. I am planning to endorse my California pass letter to the state of vermont. I already have my visascreen, is the CES still necessary? If I will get a CES report from CGFNS, which program would I apply for, the full education course by course report or the healthcare profession and science report? Is there an expiry on the CES report? Can I use it for other states in case I would apply there and they would need that report?

I have read that I can get my candidate report by mailing to the California board of nursing and sending an attached payment of $10, to which address will I send it?
