I don't know about anyone else, but this man should hang his head in shame!

What message does this send to that poor woman?

What message does it send to those suffering depression?

It would've been better if he gave her another chance, at least to wait until the next fortnight. She had been working for 10 years... and just because she had depression she was treated unfairly. She may have done something unethical but hey... everyone else had their fair share on unethical issues. Nobody's perfect. And the fact is she is severely depressed right now.

The only way for him to understand her is to put him in the same situation. Then he'll know how it feels like to be depressed and then be treated the same way - with no understanding and support.
