While typhoons or tropical storms are frequent visitors to the Philippines from June to November, this is still cause for much concern and I appreciate the post. Typhoons cause strong winds destroying property and uprooting trees. Torrential rains cause floods and in Central Philippines where some rainforests with hilly terrain have been denuded, flash floods rolling down hillsides to people's homes can be deadly. Hope everyone stays safe.
