student visa

to get a student visa, the applicant has to show proof that they'll be returning to their home country. But with any nursing careers, it's kind of obvious that they plan to stay in the US. So how is it possible to get approved when the immigration officers are experts at differentiating truths and lies in hundreds of applicants' stories. Is there a way for some one to represent the applicant and do the interview? or...?? what is the way?? thanks.

Sorry, but not all nurses that train in the US stay in the US. There are actually many countires that send their nursing instructors to the US for MSN and PhD and then they return to teach in their country. Their training and living expenses are pad for by their country.

There is lots of info on the USCIS website about proving "non immigrant" intent - such as providing proof of ties in your home country.
