Say where do you want to work????

At the end of it, you will need to meet requirements of that board.

I get the feeling you want an easy way, there's no easy way.

Every board has it's own requirements to be met. So decide where you want to work, use the link, look the board up and then work on it. No shortcuts, and before you ask, you will allways need to meet the boards requirement for international educated nurses, it doesn't matter if you're registered in 50 states, when the requirements in State 51 are different you will allways have to meet those.

I am a foreign health care worker (Licensed RN) who is obtaining permanent resident status based on my spouse relationship to a U.S. citizen. Do I need to obtain a certification or CGFNS? or Section 343? Thank you !

If the state requires CGFNS CES report then doesn't matter if you are getting GC requirements are still the same if you trained outside the US
