Try not to go to any agency,do it on your own!Save money and earn experience. After all,we are R.Ns,we pass the board exam.

Hi, im a newbie here..

Thank u for all the info, luckily i didnt sign up for pinoy care coz im having 2nd thoughts their presentation was very convincing for new nurses who lack work experience wheew there SCAM!,they keep on texting to attend this satrday and sign up(evil nila)

For IENs up there I would like to ask regarding the work experience, can it be any paid legal work for 1 yr??? Or it should be paid hospital experience ?..

Can you please tell me where I can find the downloadable forms? So I can fill it up on my own and submit it to canadian embassy on my own.

I would try my very best to do it myself eventhough i dont know anything about visa application..

Hope to hear from u IENs :)

Welcome

There are many threads discussing Canada. Starting point would be the province college of RN's where you plan to live and work. You can also find all relevant information regarding work permit or PR on the CIC website.

hello everyone... I am an ESL teacher and applied through Pinoycare. I already recieved my first letter from the embassy..I am now in the process of completing original documents required while waiting for the IELTS result..But before that, I submitted all my documents to the agency November 2009 and was lodged to the embassy march 2010.. If i haven't called almost everyday to check whether they are done going thru my documents probably i missed the chance of going to Canada since ESL teachers are no longer on the recent NOC list.. So all u guys who have already paid and submitted your documents to the agency, call them everyday..Don't mind if they will be ****** off! it is their job and we paid for their service! And even if they have lodged your documents call them to ask for any updates or new requirements..I did not know that I need to take IELTS not after i called them for any changes or additional requirements... Have patience and pray... Life is a gamble.. Just beware and be ready for the consequences... Good luck and God bless to all of us who are aspiring for a better life abroad!

pinoy care visa assistance requires an applicant to only have at least one year experience. and they told me that even if your points below 67. you can get a visa 100% thru them. is that true??

Try looking at the Canadian government websites. The number of visas is being restricted and if you don't meet the requirements the Canadian Government (which controls the issuance of visa) isn't going to give you one.

These firms can merely fill in the forms for you. Something you should be able to do for yourself.

I am not sure if distant cousins are eligible towards your points. As a skilled worker you must have 12 months continuous paid full-time employment and no agency can get you past this requirement with CIC unless you have a employer in Canada

Suggest you have a good read here Immigrating to Canada: Skilled workers and professionals - Who can apply

Pretty sure cousins don't count. It had to be a close blood relative, (parent, sibling) at least that's what my Dad was told when he wanted to sponsor his nephew.
