Hi. I've already taken and passed the NCLEX-RN (California). Im now applying for Visa Screen. I need help on how I can ask the California BON to send my NCLEX results to CGFNS International. I've tried emailing them but I get no reply. I have already submitted all the requirements needed for my Visa Screen except for my NCLEX result. Does anyone have any idea how I can request for this and how much it would cost? Please please help me. It will be so much appreciated. Thank you and Godbless you all..

There is a form in the VSC handbook that you can complete and send with I think it is $60 to California

Hmmmm. I already have that form. My problem is I don't know where I should send it. I need the exact address. And I also wanna be sure about the exact amount that I have to pay. Do you know where I could find the info I need? I tried goggling it but... no luck. Thanks :-)

You just send it to the BRN. Address is on their website http://www.rn.ca.gov/ They will verify your NCLEX results with CGFNS

hello.. anyone help me plz.. i passed the nclex(california).. im on the process of securing requirements for my visa screen.. they require me a validation of license from california BRN.. but cgfns said that it does not fulfill a verification that i passed the nclex. they need a separate verification that i passed the nclex. what will i do? i already have the form for license validation.. and i believe that it costs $60 for the CA BRn to fill that up. how about the separate verification that i passed the nclex? what shall i do?.. is it my fault of adding my california license in applying for visa screen.. (since i dont have my license here with me coz i dont have SSn?) can they still validate my license/fill up that valdation form even if i dont have the license? plz.. help me.. thanks a lot God bless....

Ca can still validate that you have passed NCLEX and have done so for many other nurses. Just complete the form in the vsc handbook and include fee to a $60 and they will send confirmation to ICHP

thank you so much for that answer.. i really appreciate it. how about the separate verification that i passed the nclex? how can i have that? coz cgfns/ichp said that the validation does not fulfill that i passed the nclex.. it is a separate paper according to cgfns/ichp.. they need that separate verification that i passed the nclex from Cali BRn.. what do i need to do so that CA BrN will send my result to cgfns/ichp.. do i need to call them or make a cover letter? is there an additional payment for that?tnx.. God bless..

Many people have passed NCLEX with Ca and then applied for VSC and have had no problems. All Ca need to do is verify that you have passed NCLEX and the form in the vsc should be enough

im sorry if im asking too many questions for this.. should i indicate in my cover letter that they will also send a separate verification for passing nclex? coz my cover letter to them only indicates that im requesting them to fill up that form of license validation.. cgfns/ichp clearly indicated to me that the validation of license form does not fulfill passing of nclex... what can i do so that CA BRN can verify that i passed nclex??

Dear, they said that having the USRN license doesn't really qualify u for a Visa Screen because even licenses can be faked. So they don't really need your license. They need the California BON to send them a document testifying that you've really passed the NCLEX, hence the verification. That's all you need to pass.Hope this helps.
