hi,i hv done bsn frm india.i hv aplied for nclex rn in new york state.i hv taken my nclex exam on 28th july,08,but couldnt pass.:cry:.nw i m planning to take it again. so whts the procedure?should i hv to fill application again or jst register with pearson to take my exam?

as i m on h4 visa,wht i hv to do?hv to convert my visa into working visa and take ilets exam?

please help me

NY should have sent you the information you need to do to resit the exam. You will also need to pay Pearsonvue and wait for ATT

Currently unless you get a H1b visa of your own there is no way you can AOS and work the US has been under retrogression since Oct 06 and India is the worse affected, although currently there are no visas for anyone. If you do a google search I am sure you can find where to take IELTS in the US and also once you have completed IELTS or other English exam and passed NCLEX you will need a visa screen certificate

Please could we also ask that you do not use text as it makes very hard reading and is also good practice for your English exams and documentation once working

if i pass my NCLEX -RN and ILETS exam......

is there any other way to work ? like converting my visa to f-1 visa, will join any program and get my SSN no. and then start my nursing job,???

F1 will not allow you to work as a nurse in the US that is a student visa and you need to be in full time education. As I said unless you go for a H1b of your own (as long as you meet H1b requirements) then there is no other way to be able to work. GC are under retrogression for most especially cat EB3 (which is what most nurses go under) and India is retrogressed the longest

I also educated BSN from india,took my RN nclex 2 times and i failed.actually i'm really sad how to again prepare for my exam??any study tips friends??
