I'm pretty self directed and strong in research. But I am still concerned about traveling state to state in US and out of the country while keeping with facilities protocols and especially EACH STATE board requirements as far as my responsibility to changes, ie. NURSING PRACTICE ACTS and LAWS?

I didn't vote because I don't understand the question. Are you asking about travel nursing, about compact state licensure or about something else entirely?

Compact license provisions only exist if you are a permanent resident of a NCL member state. If you live overseas--no compact license. If your permenent residence is say in NY or CA--no compact license
