more questions about CGFNS

CGFNS CP...what a headache!...no wonder everyones avoiding it like the plague! I hope anyone out there can answer some queries of ours...

1.) The CP application form states that pre-nursing documentation should be included in the filing of the application....does this mean we have to send in copies of transcripts and diplomas from elementary(primary), high school(intermediate) to secondary(non nursing degree?) education? yikes.

2.) what do they exactly mean about secondary school education??

3.) What is an external exam result?

4.) For questions that do not apply, do we leave them blank or answer them with an appropriate answer?

5.)Can we send the Credit Card payment form separate from the main application form?...Someone else will be paying for it and she's in the States so she has to sign the form and mail it herself. Is this possible?

Truly alien stuff. Does CG have a helpdesk/website or something where seemingly inane questions like ours can be answered?
